How to Emulate: Arcade Emulation Guide
Review by: C. M0use
This game seems to be highly regarded but I guess that’s for the original 1990s arcade cabinet, it’s cheeks to play in MAME. It’s a button-mashing Olympics game a la Hyper Sports, but good luck figuring out what the hell buttons you’re supposed to be pressing or if you’re doing it right. Each game consists of Toad Face throwing you into the Turbo Dash where you just get embarrassingly dusted by some space hippie who probably stinks like essential oils.
Maybe try the Wii Virtual Console release if you can find one on an old Japanese hard drive or something, but there seems to be no point in emulating the arcade version. And every event is apparently button mashing so you’ll have to beat hell out of your keyboard or gamepad even if you can get it working.
