Was this the first chess console game? … Most likely. Don’t feel like doing research rn.
The computer isn’t all that sharp, but major points for making it all work properly and having a decent interface with tolerable speed as it ponders its moves (while also not playing like a total dunce.) I also like the random flashing colors in between turns, is the computer trying to cheat by inducing epileptic seizures?
