The first of what was somehow a long multi-part series, at least in Japan, Hissatsu Pachinko is seemingly packed with options but a little too esoteric if you aren’t able to read the ol’ moon runes.

As best I can tell, it’s centered around six real world pachinko titles of the early-mid 90s licensed from two of Japan’s prominent manufacturers of the time. The overall goal seems to be to earn enough money to impress a small harem of big booba pachinko clerks, who then might change into little outfits for you and such. Even in Japan Nintendo insisted on keeping the Famicom tame, however, so I don’t think you get any more than a little boob jiggle a la Policenauts.

There are an absolute ton of menu options I can’t decipher, so I assume you can get an edge at the games somehow but search me as to how. This is another one where unless AI makes such things trivial in the near future, you’ll probably never see a fan translation so if you don’t speak Japanese it’s gonna be an exercise in boredom and frustration. Cute girlies tho.
